Option #1 – Luncheon at Geppetto’s – est. time: 30-60 min. Available 7 days a week, this luncheon option can be tailor made with a prix fix menu. Traditionally including a variety of appetizers and entree items, Gianfranco’s homemade tiramisu for dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Full liquor service is available for purchase.
Option #2 – Cooking Demo & Luncheon at Geppetto’s – est. time: 60-90 min. Probably our most popular tour luncheons, option #2 provides a table side demonstration of the techniques in grilling the perfect pizza. It includes all of option #1 with the enhancement of our Chef preparing, serving, and answering food related questions. This experience also includes a take home bag of Geppetto’s Dough2Go gourmet pizza shells for each guest.
Option #3 – Cooking Class & Luncheon at Geppetto’s – est. time: 90-120 min. A great hands on experience in making dough from scratch, stretching, grilling, and learning all of the techniques of grilling the perfect pizza. This course is held outdoors in the courtyard (weather permitting), this includes all the menu of Option #1 with the entrée portion created by the participants of the class.
Option #4 – Cooking Competition, Iron Chef Style– est. time: 90-120 min. A wonderful team building experience for business or leisure groups. Geppetto's provides the venue, ingredeints, and oversight in this amazing Iron Chef style make your own pizza event. No past cooking experience neccesary.
