Geppetto’s is pleased to present the first Gluten Free Cooking Class in our series!  Guests will learn to create a five course Italian meal that is gluten free from start to finish.  Everything we make will be readily available through your local markets and is entirely designed to be something that can be replicated at home.

 

Dine on these creations, enjoy the company of other like-dieted friends, and leave with some new recipes in your library.

Grilled Pizza
Make your own dough, stretch by hand, and learn the other secrets to grilling the perfect pizza.  This course includes a 5 course meal presentation immediately following the hands on portion.  Book for 4 guests and receive a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during your class.

The Mother Sauce
Create your own Mother Sauce from scratch.  When this class is over not only will you leave with your freshly made sauce but 3 additional recipes that can be created from this base.  This class includes a 3 course meal presentation immediately following the cooking portion of the event.  Book for 4 guests and receive a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during your meal.

Sangria Sundays
A staple of summers on Depasquale Square at Geppetto's, enjoy this 21+ course in the mixology of the perfect pitcher of sangria.  Together create several varieties of this classic party favorite and pair it with appetizers and good company.

Tiramisu
Create your own fresh tiramisu from scratch and have some left to take home.  Meaning "pick me up" this traditional dessert will be a guest favorite at your next party.  This course includes a 3 course meal presentation immediately following the hands on portion.  Book for 4 guests and receive a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during your class.
